NAGTAR is an Algeria-based international commodity trading company. We connect qualified Algerian industrial supply with European and international buyers, focusing on industrial commodities such as clinker, cement, calcium carbonate and selected mineral products. Our role sits at the intersection of origination, trading, supply structuring and export execution.
Algeria holds meaningful mineral resources, industrial capacity, port infrastructure and strategic geography between Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa. For many international buyers, the challenge is not only whether a product exists, but how to turn Algerian industrial capacity into reliable, documented and negotiable international supply. That is where NAGTAR intervenes.
Our core focus is industrial commodities: clinker, cement, calcium carbonate and other mineral products selected according to technical and commercial fit. We structure supply around buyer requirements rather than publishing unverified catalogues or unverified capacities.
NAGTAR reviews buyer requirements, qualifies product and supply, structures commercial terms and coordinates logistics and documentation through export execution. Depending on the transaction, we may operate through agency/commission, trading or export structuring models. In every case, the objective is an executable transaction — not a simple introduction.
